When selecting your pick-up location and pick-up time; keep in mind domestic arrivals typically take 30 minutes for the passenger to disembark the plane, claim their baggage and be ready to exit the terminal. Passenger's arriving on international flights (JFK only) typically take an hour or more to exit the terminal due to the additional time needed for screening by Custom's and Immigration officials. In order to expidite our service from the airports, we now offer just 2 pick-up locations at JFK (Terminal 4 & Terminal 5) and 2 at LaGuardia (Terminal B & Terminal C). Our efficient pick-up process saves travelers time and aggrevation, no more driving around the crowded airport waiting for the next passenger to arrive. If a traveler arrives at a terminal not designated a pick-up location by Red Dot, they must find their way to a terminal we serve. Travelers arriving at JFK can take advantage of the free Airtrain service, walk, catch a ride or hire a car to get to either Terminal 4 or Terminal 5. The same goes for LaGuardia Airport except there is no AirTrain. Rules and Regulations Each passenger is allowed a reasonable amount of luggage, 1 standard sized suitcase and 1 carry-on.
